**approve-scoped-wording** — for the exact report snapshot only; this is not publication authorization.

**Strongest supportable wording:** “On selected-release source `c52d38934e06184e335e699d12796769777ee0ff`, 301 collected source-conformance cases across 10 selected files passed. Separately, six descriptive local timing cases completed with 20,100 measured operations. These are scoped offline source-test results and local timing observations—not model or agent performance results.”

**Evidence reviewed (observed):** `RESULTS.review.md` SHA-256 matches the requested `c4d963d…fefeea`. The report, `results.final.json`, and `runs/cpu-runtime-002/verification.json` agree on the 301 cases, 33 separate subtest reports, six timing cases, and 20,100 operations. The recorded raw-artifact verification reports valid mechanical evidence and no errors. The report retains the incomplete first attempt and says the source and harness were unchanged; these are report/receipt claims, not independently reproduced here.

**Overclaims needing correction:** None found in the reviewed report’s central result or its explicit claim boundaries. Keep the “specified/selected” scope; do not shorten this to “Ares passed” or present the timings as general performance. Preserve that native subtest reports are not independent tasks, and that fixture conformance does not establish authenticated live-owner activation.

**Material caveats to retain:** The first run remains incomplete because of the Pytest parent/subtest accounting mismatch. The rerun’s timings are host-specific, include fixture/oracle overhead, and use block-average P95; both runs are disclosed without a speedup claim. Verification was same-controller, not independent scientific reproduction. Zero benchmark-provider calls excludes surrounding chat/support-review costs. The candidate developer tree was not the tested target.

**Proof debt / next gate:** Official DeepRSI access/admission is unfinished, as are model-backed evaluation with explicit budget and credential/task isolation, GPU coverage, and long-horizon recovery/transfer gates. These must remain visibly unfinished; no full Ares evaluation, model/agent performance, reliability rate, superiority, live-owner activation, or RSI result is established.

This is an advisory wording review, not independent external scientific validation or publication authority.
